The condo was wonderful with a great location. Very clean and supplied with all the basic needs. The 2 screened in porches and 1 right outside the master bedroom were a wonderful addition. The facilities were also wonderful and very well maintained. The only downfall we had was not being able to rent a moped/golf cart for more then 24hours, due to the condo parking laws. We will definitely stay here again and try and get the same condo!! Defintely Highly Recommended....

We love this place. Well kept, clean and immaculately maintained inside and out. My hats off to both the home owner and to the staff of Summertree. There was not a speck of trash anywhere to be found on the property grounds! We love Summertree because it is very practical and not flashy and just a super great hideaway!

We stayed at Summertree Village Unit F-5, and had a wonderful time. The condo has recently been updated with all new appliances, washer/dryer, and carpeting and is in fantastic condition. Bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable bedding, bathrooms were in great condition.

It is clear the owners take a great deal of pride in their property and it shows. This is the type of condo unit that you can really call "a home away from home". It definitely is not like some of those rental units where you instantly know it is a rental.

My compliments to the owners - you have done a great job creating a fine, well-appointed vacation home.
